Those who have an RV can rent one of our spacious, private campsites and enjoy RV camping near Augusta, while tent campers can book a tent site for a rustic camping experience. No matter what you choose, your perfect site awaits!

We are looking to experience Maine glamping at its finest. What accommodations do you recommend?

Great choice! We offer the best glamping in Maine and have 2 luxury cabin types, plus accommodations that can sleep up to 16 people. Cabin amenities include full bathrooms, kitchens, private bedrooms, and more! View all of our Maine cabin rental options here.

What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What are check in/out times?

Cabins: Check-in time is 4PM.

We do have an early access option beginning at 11AM, but it is based on availability (must call ahead) and involves a fee based on the time of check-in.

Check-out time is 11AM.

Extended access is available for $10 during non-peak season and $25 during peak season to stay in the park until 6PM, subject to availability.

Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. Extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort attractions, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability.

Our campground near Augusta is in the heart of western Maine and has a variety of cabin & campsite options! Plus, we offer many more attractions and activities than any other campground nearby - including our Water Zone, jumping pillow, beach, themed events, and more. These attractions, plus our friendly staff, set us apart from other Androscoggin Lake campgrounds.

Is there a 3-night minimum stay for holiday weekends?

3-night minimum stay is required for the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day.

What makes you one of the best campgrounds in Maine for families?

We’re known as one of the best family campgrounds in Maine due to the countless activities and attractions we have to offer! If you’re looking for a Maine campground with a water park and pools, you’ve come to the right place. Our Water Zone is great for kids and features slides and more, while our sprawling beach is perfect for kids and adults alike! We also have a huge inflatable water slide, jumping pillow, mini golf, themed events, and more. You can view all of our attractions here.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites, but not at our playgrounds, Comfort Stations, or other buildings. They are also not permitted at tent sites or in the cabins that are not labeled as pet-friendly.

There is a two pet max per site.

For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $50. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $75. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort.

Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times and are responsible for noise control and clean-up. We reserve the right to remove hostile or disruptive pets from the park. Download our pet waiver here.
